Job Responsibilities:

The Data Enrichment and Integrity Analyst performs complex analysis by bringing multiple data sources for cleansing, data appending, normalization, and appropriate data stewardship of the information to ensure the accuracy and integrity of ADA data. This position works with the ADA dentist master file through tracking all key data elements regularly, performs extensive complex queries, audits and data analysis to ensure data integrity and determines the root causes for missing or incorrect data. This position manages large data loads projects and responsible for the process of managing workload and finding efficiencies in order to meet the demand for higher level data intelligence. At times is required to automate processes with effective use of technology to achieve both required efficiencies to meet department goals and complete projects on time.

Must Have:

  • BS/BA
  • BA minimum of 3 years of experience related to data management and data analytics
  • Advanced experience with Data Systems or complex query building to generate complex reports and automate production of reports using business intelligence tools
  • Experience with data enrichment, cleansing and integrity, plus analysis of complex data
  • Experience with database management, report programming, project management
  • Hands-on experience as a report developer and data analyst
  • Experience in managing complex deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Independent judgment and innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of project management principles and technology integration
  • Attentive to detail, and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to apply quick and original thinking to solve complex analytical problems
  • Ability to build and test complex queries
  • Ability to work independently and in a team structure
  • Ability to convert large data sets into actionable insights
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and business partners with patience, courtesy, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, complex query building, and business intelligence reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Data Systems and/or AMS systems

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge and experience with data mining and data warehousing, healthcare-related and/or professional association experience
  • Some experience with SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Fonteva, and Salesforce a plus
