I am an entry level project manager/scrum master ready to join team where I can grow and help others do the same. With my background as an account manager/program manager, team lead, and quality assurance, I am happiest when I am being a servant leader helping others/companies achieve their interesting goals.
I'm looking for
In my new role I am looking for the opportunity not only just lead a team but help develop those team members into higher roles for that company. As I grow with a company I want to be able to help those team members reach new heights, so that they can get their own teams and lead/coach them just like I did for them. Its about growth and passing down that servant leadership mindset.
