I'm looking for a role that will allow for me to grow and learn flexibly as well as gain experience in newer technologies. I also value a company that is diverse and inclusive of minorities and LGBTQ+ as well as a dev team that's open, communicative, and accepting of each other's ideas. I believe an eagerness to learn and try new things are qualities of a company I would align myself with.
