I'm looking for a fully remote role in a company with a supportive culture and strong onboarding for new employees, a place that encourages supporting your colleagues that is safe to ask questions and "not know" all of the answers. Ideally, this company is queer affirming / led with large numbers of womxn in leadership positions.

I hope to work on a team that is kind and helps me grow as a navigate my career change. My partner has health challenges so my team would be understanding and flexible of hours as I support my wife's treatment and recovery. Working for a company that practices disability justice (not just awareness) would be superb.
