My dream company is a place where I can move around within the organization and grow. My dream role would be to become a DEI Program Manager, Talent Acquisition. I’ve recently figured out what my niche is in tech and I’m excited to work towards this role. In the meantime I’m looking to work as a DEI Project Manager, or as a recruiter to work up to a Talent Acquisition manager role.
