I'm looking for great office culture - being comfortable with the teams I work with is a must, including collaboration opportunities and open communication. I think work-life-balance is also important and just overall encouragement for growth in multiple aspects (tech knowledge, mental health, individual growth, etc). I want to be able to learn an exponential amount and be given the opportunities to learn and grow, both as an individual and as a team.
