In my next role, I’m looking for a place where I can expand my skill set in HR and also receive mentorship from leaders and colleagues within the organization. I aim to improve new hire onboarding and streamline current processes in order to make the HR function as effective and efficient as it can be. My overall goal of creating efficient and productive processes will allow HR staff to bring their focus to providing a positive employee experience in order to continue to attract and retain top talent!

With all of this in mind, as an HR Professional, I desire to impact the lives of the employees that I serve by supporting them with concerns they have at any point of the employee life cycle - from onboarding to retention to offboarding. At the same time, I take it upon myself to be a true business partner by shaping a positive employee experience while achieving organizational goals and corporate initiatives.
