I am seeking a position with a company that values folks with backgrounds unassociated with tech and invests in their professional success because of the diverse skillset they bring with them. Empathy, creativity, curiosity, and connection are what make products thrive and are what I bring to the table, as well as an unending interest in learning about UX. My future employer should understand how important it is to bring this human equation into the mix and offer me ample opportunities to learn, grow, and educate.
