I want to be part of helping create technologies that connect people, innovate solutions, and share stories. I believe that work is best done when many voices are heard, and I would like to be on a team where collaboration is a feature, not a bug. It is important to me to be on a diverse team that gives everyone a voice and allows everyone to bring their whole self to their work.

A dream company is one that would give me opportunities to grow and, eventually, lead. One of my goals is to be involved in leading or supporting an internship or junior developer program at my company. I enjoy variety, so the opportunity to work on different kinds of projects or with different technologies would be ideal. Ultimately, my dream job is one that allows me to continue doing what I love: learning. I want to work in a place where I can build incredible things and explore new paradigms, tools, and techniques along the way.
