About Me

I have over 11 years of experience providing comprehensive technical and non-technical customer support to end-users. Extensive experience facilitating projects that improve customer and employee experience, and collaborating cross-functionally to produce and optimize opportunities to meet customer and employee needs.

I'm looking for
In my new role, I would love to continue working with either customers or internal staff with technical issues, and projects that will improve their user experience. Since I have so much experience in Technical/Customer Support/Operations I would like to lead or manage a team in that space, but I am also fine with being and individual contributor as well.
Most recently, I worked as a Technical Operations Manager at Twitter, specifically in Ads Operations and I really enjoyed assisting Large business clients achieve their Ad goals. This role also allowed me to work on projects (technical documentation improvements, training improvements, new beta projects) and allowed me to hone in on Project Management skills that I hope to use in my future role.
