I'd love to work with marginalized communities, especially queer communities, and feel like I am tangibly helping them and their lives. I want to work in an environment where I feel challenged by my tasks, have camaraderie with my teammates, and have my growth supported by my managers. I hope to be in a position that has growth opportunities so that I can eventually be in a position to help others grow and blossom to their full potential. Really the bottom line is that I want to work in a place where I can use my skills to help others grow, where we can prevent lost einsteins from happening anymore
