We are a small team of 18 and as we work to expand, we want diversity at the forefront of our recruiting efforts. This means we use structured interviewing processes to assess all candidates similarly and fairly, and we have all gone through unconscious bias training and regularly read articles to expand our mindset and knowledge on this topic.

We are interested in mentoring and teaching, and learning together as a lot of the things we want to do haven't been done before. We are also a group of people very open to feedback.
